Sumner Village Condo Two – Lobby

Built in 1969, this adjoining Bethesda condominium community, nestled into a beautiful, wooded landscape, has provided carefree condo living for many years. But after many years, the residents were seeking an updated entry to their homes. Our design provided a sophisticated yet welcoming aesthetic. This lobby/elevator lobby design speaks to the organic nature of the community as well as the mid-century architecture. An updated lobby entry will add to their property values and to the resident experience.
